Plaques

We took the girls' pictures with a fairly neutral background (this is actually a concrete wall) and then printed these pictures in an 8x8 format.  I used Persnickety Prints because it was only $.99 to do an 8x8 picture and they sent the order almost immediately!  We then mod podged them onto wood.  The girls made them and they turned out super cute!  Here is my daughters!  It has a big border because we actually used wood that was 7.25x7.25 so we had to cut some off the edges!-

  3. I love this! I was wondering if you could tell where the quote is from?

  4. I was wondering if I could pay to have you do this quote on a nice background without a picture. I haven't learned to do much as far as this stuff on computers yet and I really love this quote--want to do it for a graduation gift. If I gave you the color scheme and such--is that a possibility? I would like to have printed at Costco if possible, the size of a 12x12. Here is my email if you could let me know as soon as possible. Thanks so much.

  8. Heritage Makers does some really similar things too- you can print 8x8, 12x12 or other sizes. http://www.heritagemakers.com/gallery/#/?filters=CAT_7,S_lds&sponsorid=255947

  9. I was just called into YWs and am very appalled by the lack of modesty in our girls. I think this would be a great way to help them love the idea of standing up for their self worth. May I post this image on facebook and share with my YW group? you can contact me at momsthumbreviews@gmail.com
    Thanks

    1. We used Photoshop Elements. We just took a picture of them on a very plain background with the picture taken so there is a blank spot and then added the text right on the picture before we had it printed with photoshop!
